What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Please note. This policy is published as a working draft prepared for the Diagnex franchise programme and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It should be checked by a qualified adviser before the site goes live.
This website is operated by Carehorizon Health Pvt. Ltd. (“Diagnex”, “we”, “us”), registered office 4/2 Agrasain Street, Liluah, Howrah – 711204, West Bengal, India. This site exists to recruit franchise partners. It is not a patient-facing service and we do not collect patient health information through it.

We collect only what you give us, through one of three forms on this site:

We also record the fact and time of your acceptance of our confidentiality terms when you request access to financial information. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
We process this information under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on a form. That consent is specific, informed and freely given, and you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Enquiry and application records are retained for up to twenty-four months from your last contact with us, so that we can deal with your enquiry properly and evidence confidentiality acceptances. Where an application leads to a signed agreement, the relevant records are retained for as long as that agreement and applicable law require. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.
Your information is seen by the Diagnex franchise team and, where necessary, our professional advisers. We use third-party services to host this site and to send and store email; those providers process data on our instructions only. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with other franchise applicants.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you and how it is being processed; correct anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; erase information where it is no longer needed; withdraw your consent; and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
Write to care@diagnexhealth.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you give us. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law if a breach affects your personal data.
This site is aimed at business operators and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will contact you.
